As I write the Patron Saints Index pages, I include reference material from assorted dictionaries and encyclopedias to clarify terms used. My goal is that each place, person, occupation, holy day, etc. mentioned will have an entry to explain it, and that all the material will be cross-linked. This page leads to lists where I pull all these supplements together. It makes it easier to write the PSI, and readers may find material of interest. The information is from a variety of sources. Note: Saints, popes, and dioceses, which have their own indices, are not listed in these files.
